 By popular demand, we now offer a cleaning service! You must leave the cottage in a clean, re-rentable state, but how would you prefer to have someone else do the bulk of the cleaning up? ** The security deposit will be returned in full when the cottage is left undamaged and in a clean, re-rentable state. We reserve the right to request additional security deposits for such items as pets, large gatherings, events, etc.
Confirming Your Booking
In order to ensure your booking, we require a 50% deposit of the Rental Rate for your stay, with the balance due one month prior to arrival. Being a family-owned cottage, we accept Email Money Transfer and Pay Pal Personal Transfers to us@trenanthiacottage.com. (We are sorry but due to an unfortunate circumstance we can no longer accept personal cheques.) If you choose to use "PayPal Purchase" with your credit card, please note that PayPal charges a 3% fee which we are unable to cover. Please ensure that this charge is covered within your payment. Please Contact Us and we'll happily walk you through how to organise for this.We understand that sometimes the unforeseeable happens and we do our best to accommodate such events. If you need to cancel close to your arrival date (within 30 days), we will do everything we can to re-rent the property for that time frame. If we are successful, we will provide a full refund less a $150 administration fee, any costs incurred and any discounts that we had to offer in order to re-rent it.
