We’re a small, close-knit group that work together to rent out all year 'round, our beautiful, family owned & adored, vacation cottage in Muskoka, Ontario, Canada.
We’re in need of another superhero to engage wholeheartedly with potential guests over the phone and internet. Simply put, we need you to be the charming person who answers potential guests’ questions, uses your organisational prowess to book out the cottage for them, and then lets the rest of us know what’s happening, when.
You’ll also keep us motoring on social media, help out with back-end guest coordination (using google spreadsheets & documents), post cottage advertising & marketing, and generally give a hand with some wicked business development that comes from the heart.

We’re looking for someone full-time who’s able to work independently from home and to respond to people faster than small-town gossip. Our busiest times are from Sunday afternoons to Tuesday evenings so enjoying flexible working that includes weekends and evenings in EST (Eastern standard time zone) is essential. You, however, can be located anywhere as long as you have internet access - yaaaaaay.
