We have a beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom cottage available for rent year-round in the Muskokas.

Ideal for 2 families sharing!

Please feel free to Contact Us if you have any questions!

Comfortably sleeps 12: spanning over 3000 square feet, there are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms just waiting for your family to come and spread out across them

Ideal for 2 families sharing: on top of the 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the cottage has 2 separate living areas (or lounges) each with its' own wood burning, fan-assisted fireplace; the layout also allows 2 of the bedrooms and a bathroom to be separated off from the rest of the cottage with its own front door entry

Outdoor Hot Tub with beautiful sunset views: Our great family spa (6 person Arctic Spas hot tub) is available from May 24th weekend until Thanksgiving.  It features both space and comfort; the multi-level seating, including a raised kids seat, ensures a favourite spot for everyone in the family; the circular design gives the hot tub the largest footwell of any 7 foot tub in the industry, maximizing seating capacity and ensuring you won't be playing footsies with the neighbours;  Features include dual jet settings, individual controls, ergonomically designed seating, armrests, hand jets, floor jets, neck jets, and built-in padded headrests.  Gorgeous!

Nature-lovers dream: While we have a (lovely and friendly) neighbour on one side of our 2 acre lot, the other side opens onto one of the many forests in the area (we have no neighbour on that side at all); the combination of the forest and the inlet attracts a range of nature's best offerings including deer, loons, blue herons, beavers, and canadian geese to name a few

Extremely Private: only 1 direct neighbour, and only 3 neighbours looking out onto this inlet

Long, private driveway (~400 feet) with lots of parking: no need to worry about parking spaces close to the cottage, everyone can have a good spot!  And it's all plowed in the winter (below).

Fabulous Location (only 1.5 hours from Toronto!): 2 acre lot on a secluded inlet off of Sparrow Lake; 15 minutes from Orillia; 15 minutes from Gravenhurst; on the south side of the Muskokas so we're just 1.5 hours from Toronto;  easy access to large retail shops as well as quaint, independent shops typical of Muskoka; quiet inlet location so very little noise from the water fairies (folks who are jet-skiing, water-skiing, etc out on the main lake) and yet direct access to the main lake if you're one of the water fairies :)  See our About Us page for more information.

Sunny social rooms and bedrooms: the cottage is laid out to get sun throughout the day; depending on your interests you can have a bedroom with sun or a nice, dark, sleep-in-late bedroom; the main living area/lounge has large windows and skylights capturing light throughout the day

Indoor comforts: air conditioning available for those hot evenings; the cottage is also fully winterized so it's warm even on those chilly winter, spring or fall evenings; large walk through kitchen that also doubles as a sunroom with a lovely oak 4 person kitchen table that extends to sit 8 family members

Large waterfront with both sandy beach and dock: we have 3500 sq feet of water-front lawn with a lovely, clear breeze blowing across it from the lake; most of the lawn is beautiful green grass ideal for frolicking with a healthy 10 foot section of sandy beach for paddling in or launching a canoe from.  In the winter, it's all covered in a lovely dusting of snow (below)

Extensive Water Access: part of Trent-Severn waterway system with access to Georgian Bay; access from Sparrow Lake all the way to the Atlantic ocean! Mooring for boats with nearby public launch and boat rental

Outdoor comforts: Copious outdoor furniture including muskoka chairs, hammock, and swinging loveseat

Great for kids (of all ages): sandy beach suited to paddling and building sand castles; lots of indoor and outdoor fun and toys, including the family-oriented Nintendo Wii (available for rent with the cottage).  See our Extra Fun page for more information...

Sunset Views over the Lake: Two-storey, 1000 square foot deck with views over the lake; the 6 person hot tub is ideally located to capture the sunset

Romantic, warm fireplaces: Two living areas/lounges, both with fireplaces, provide warmth and romance inside the cottage, while an oudoor firepit provides the warmth of sharing marshmallows with family and friends
Great cooking opportunities: We have a grand 20 foot long kitchen that faces onto the lake so cooking for family and friends is both sociable and pleasurable; on the deck just in front of the kitchen is a large, hooded gas bar-b-q with several main burners, warming area and preparation area

Great dining opportunities: the large dining room faces the lake and sunsets with seating for 8 to 12 people; another large eating space is available in the kitchen, again facing the lake, with an extending table that seats 4 to 8 people; outside are several patio tables and chairs to enjoy the fresh air
Cottage designed for socialising: there are 2 living areas/lounges both with fireplaces and plenty of comfortable seats; besides the dining and kitchen tables (described above) there is a card table and chairs for your use in the mud room; separate huge beer fridge; wrap-around deck

Lovely local restaurant and bar: just a 10 minute drive away is the Severn River Inn (the oldest operating authentic country inn in all of Muskoka) which offers both fine dining and pub food - in the words of the friendly proprietors Wendy and James, "Our two fabulous dining rooms, cozy lounge, riverside patio and docking facilities are waiting for you";

Local fun: located 10 minutes from the Muskoka tourist information centre you can find any activity that suits you (see our Area Activities page)

Great fishing!

Plenty of Outdoor Toys: included are a canoe, a paddle-boat (pedalo), 2 row-boats, volleyball & badminton sets, horseshoes, football and more; ideal location for winter ice-skating, hockey playing, ice fishing and cross country skiing (below)

Large Outdoor Fire-pit: we provide the pit, the grill, the sunset and the scenery; unfortunately, we do not supply the wood so please bring your own :)

Plenty of Indoor Activities: many, many board games including croquenot, trivial pursuit, homemade "don't get mad"/aggravation board, chess and monopoly

Video library: dozens of DVDs to choose from

Nintendo Wii available for rent at the cottage (see next)...

Interactive video games for the whole family with the Nintendo Wii
(Available for rent at the cottage): Have you been wondering whether the Wii is actually as fun as it looks?  Fancy playing some ping pong, bowling with the whole family, or perhaps a bit of air hockey on rainy summer, or cold winter, evenings?  We were skeptical at first too, but trust us, it's a blast!  See our Extra Fun page for more information ...

Wireless Internet Available: Would you like to be able to search the internet for a great hike from the comfort of the cottage?  Want to have access to your email while you're on vacation?  Maybe you'd really like to take some time away from the office, but you just can't be completely cut-off right now?  We offer high-speed, wireless web surfing for for an additional fee.  You can even sit outside and surf!  Go on, you know you want to!  See our Extra Fun page for more information...

Plenty of help with daily necessities: large dishwasher, washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen; mud room with direct access to the outdoors to keep the mess down

Responsible Pet owners welcome: with additional security deposit which we will happily return upon clean departure :)

Available for rental all year long!: The cottage is fully winterized and ready for fun any of the four seasons; winter fun includes ice fishing, ice hockey on the inlet, snowmobiling (local rentals available - just Contact Us), cross country skiing, snowshoeing, downhill skiing at nearby Mount Louis Moonstone (check out the What To Do page for more); fall is equally amazing as a beautiful time of year perfect for walks in the woods.
Weddings and Honeymoons! With 2 acres of space, just add a tent or two to make a unique and memorable wedding day, or sprawl out across the cottage for your honeymoon.
