Enjoy time away with the people who help ya smile a little broader, laugh a little louder & live a little bigger
Step back in time
People have been coming to vacation in Muskoka since the 1800's. And why not when there's so much natural fun to choose from
? Gather your family & friends to share canoeing, fishing off the dock, playing horseshoes & volleyball, building sand castles on the beach or a round of good old fashioned board games. Even when it's cold outside, make memories to keep you warm: ice-fishing, cross-country skiing, skating, snowmobiling, snow fort building or our personal favourite, building massive snowpeople
Outdoor hot tub
Whether you like a quiet soak with your partner, or a boisterous splash with family & friends, enjoy the bubbles and lakeside views in the outdoor hot tub ( open all year round )
Lakeside sauna
Bask in the warmth of the wood-fired sauna while overlooking the lake. Jump out and roll around in the water or snow for a refreshing (and healthy) gasp, erm, giggle
Games room
Shrieks of laughter spring from the vintage games room - endowed with a stand-up piano; a skeeball machine ( popular 1950's arcade game a bit like the love-child of bowling & target practice ); a crokinole board ( 1860's canadian game kinda like indoor curling ); the classic dartboard; and, of course, copious board games
Log fireplaces & outdoor fire pit
Sharing ghost stories is best done in front of the fire light, isn't it? Gather 'round the outdoor fire pit or in front of one of the beautiful log fireplaces in each of the two living rooms
Lots of space (sleeps 12)
Spacious and open plan to maximise the sociability factor. Besides the copious bedrooms and bathrooms ( five and four, respectively ), there's a games room and two living rooms. Life is bigger with six couches
